The Villa is located in a very nice spot just 500 m from the beach of Perissa. The biggest super market, bakery and post office of the village is 350 m away. The main road with all the pubs, bus stations, restaurants and shops is just 200 m away. The only water park of the island is 300 m from the Villa.
