Here at the Birds Villa apartments, we understand how important your holidays are to you and we want to ensure that you feel safe in the knowledge that you will spend your holidays with us relaxed, enjoyed, and uninterrupted. For that reason, amidst the ever-changing news and updates regarding COVID-19, rest assured that your planned holiday, whether already booked with us or if planning to book, will either go ahead safely as planned, or you will receive the choice of alternative holiday options (where possible), a credit against a future holiday, or a full refund.

Your villa

Choosing a villa for your holidays is the safest way to go. You will be rewarded by a feeling of “coziness”, while you are in a controlled, secluded, hygienic environment.

Safety, well being and cleanliness are our main concern, so as an add on to our standard operating procedures, we have acted as below:

• All properties will ensure that sanitization is completed prior to every check in

• All transportation vehicles (cars, boats) will be sanitized before each pick –up

• All cleaning crew will ensure to follow the strict guidelines of sanitization for each property, especially bathrooms, remote controls, common areas surfaces, etc.
