INCLUDED IN THE RATES FOR THE APARTMENTS ARE: - Transfers - We will meet you at the port or airport and transfer your party to the villa. On your departure date, our transfer company will collect you and transfer you to the port or airport. Kindly advice us of your arrival / departure time, flight number or name of ferry.
- Car Rental - One manual car rental is provided for your use whilst on the island, for FREE. The vehicle provided by our agents is usually a 4-5 seat hatch back, which is very well suited to the narrow roads of the island. Kindly ensure that you have a valid drivers license for Greece. Third party insurance & unlimited kilometers are included.
- Housekeeper - Our housekeeper will service the villa daily and get you the breakfast in your apartment.(coffe or tea, fresh bread,jam,butter,sweet cake, orange juice, fruit.) We provide fresh towels every day and linen is changed after every 3rd night.

CHILDRENS POLICY- 1 Baby Cot for each apartment – Free of Charge
- 1st child aged between 2 – 5 Free when sharing room with two full paying adults.
CONFIRMATION and CANCELLATION POLICY- In order for the reservations to be confirmed we need your credit card details.We will not charge your credit card.
- Once we receive the reservation inquire we will sent you the reservation form for your credit card details and we will sent you then the final confirmation
- Payment will be done upon your arrival by cash or credit card.
- If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged in to your credit card.
- If cancelled up to 19 days before date of arrival, the 30% DEPOSIT will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Reservations made with Paypal or bank deposit will be charged with 50% if canceled before 19 days.After this there is not refound.
